This term was derived on the March 28th, 2014 edition of DJ Harmack’s Block Party.  DJ Harmack, who spends much time promoting the Escape Show on his Block Party, was advertising The Escape Episode 309 which was happening live.  Harmack jokingly referred to the episode as the same as the cleaning substance he uses in his house, “Formula 309”.  We are not sure exactly what the substance is, nor where one can purchase it… but we hear its made from DJ Skates’s butt sweat.
